Information for Conference Attendees

The SMSU community and the general public are invited and encouraged to attend this year’s conference, which showcases the excellent work of SMSU students. This year’s conference will be primarily in-person, with virtual options, including live presentations via Zoom. Presentations are grouped into discipline-specific sessions and held throughout the day. Presentation times for individual presenters will be available in the URC Program and the URC Abstract Booklet.


Presenter Information 
**Please note that late submissions of any kind will not be accepted.

 

Conference Registration and Abstract Submission: Due no later than Monday, November 9th (11:59 pm)


Presentations: 

Submission of Posters: Due no later than Thursday, November 19th (tentative!!)

Submission of Oral and Virtual Presentations: Due no later than Sunday, November 29th (11:59 pm)


Library Research Award: Students wishing to participate in the Library Research Award must submit application materials no later than (To Be Announced)
